Why are frogs so happy? They eat whatever bugs them!

This class gives happiness prompts to help you practice feeling happy. We cover 3 different kinds of happiness, enjoyment, contentment and bliss. Enjoyment comes from in the moment experiences that bring you joy. Contentment comes from feeling satisfied with who you are and how life is. Bliss from an acceptance and experience of unity with reality as it is. 

Be prepared, there will be punny jokes.
